At the beginning of every school year, I stood up in front of my faculty and tried my best to WOW and inspire them to meet the challenges of the year ahead.  Each year after hearing my presentation, those remarkable educators came up to me and encouraged me to expand my horizons and to go on the road sharing the pieces of motivation and inspiration with others that they had heard.  This website/blog is the direct result of the encouragement of many.  They have made a difference to me and I hope that I will make a difference to you.   If there are topics that you would like to hear more about, please let me know.  If you read something that you think a friend of yours needs to hear, please share it with them.  I really do believe that we each can change the world - one day and one act at a time!
